Our first episode is live. It’s a great one to start with. We sat down with Stephen Rutherford, CEO of Hebburn Town Football Club. The conversation begins with football. But it ends up somewhere much bigger.
Stephen talks us through the journey Hebburn Town is on. He explains why community sits at the heart of everything the club does. He also shares what belonging really looks like when it’s built properly. Then we dig into leadership, and what it means to put people first when the pressure is on.
