As Marketing and Communications Manager at We Are Zenith, my job is to help people *feel* what makes us different, before they’ve even picked up the phone. I love that challenge.
We Are Zenith is a complete people partner, working with organisations across the North East to hire better and grow smarter. With 20+ years of experience across recruitment, learning and development, and people retention, there’s a genuinely great story here… and I get to be the one who tells it.
I have a creative eye and a real love for leading projects from first idea to final execution. Give me something complex, a brief that needs untangling or a campaign with moving parts — the kind of challenge that gives me a headache in the best possible way. I thrive on it. And just as much as I love leading, I love being part of a team. Supporting the wider Zenith function, jumping in where I’m needed, and helping everything run that little bit smoother – that matters to me too.
Good marketing shouldn’t have to embellish. It just needs to shine a light on what’s already great. So whether it’s a campaign, a piece of content, or a conversation, I want every touchpoint to genuinely reflect who Zenith is, and to reach the right people because of it.
