Adam Henderson
In their role as Pastoral Coach here at Zenith, Adam provides one-to-one mentoring, regular progress reviews, and wellbeing support, helping apprentices navigate the challenges that can arise when balancing work, study, and personal responsibilities. He works collaboratively with employers and trainers to ensure each apprentice has the structure and encouragement needed to succeed.
Adam’s role includes building strong relationships with apprentices, offering guidance not only on performance and career development but also on motivation, mindset, and long-term goals. Their aim is to help every apprentice feel valued, capable, and equipped to reach their full potential within their chosen industry.
