Labourer

Our client based in Darlington are looking for a Labourer to join their team on a contract basis.

Person specification:

• Supporting the Voids team with a variety of hands-on tasks in housing properties
• Collecting and moving materials, disposing of waste, removing fixtures and fittings, filling holes, and assisting with general tasks.
• The ideal candidate will be hardworking, safety‑conscious, and able to follow instructions to ensure work is completed to a high standard.

Person specification:

• Must have a full UK Driving license
• Willing to do a DBS check when accepted
• Must have valid CSCS card
• Able to work well as part of a team
