I’m David and have had a varied career in industries such as retail, financial services, recruitment, contact centres, health and safety, and children’s social care.  I currently support learners on the Retail Manager and Financial Services Administrator apprenticeship programmes, helping them develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to succeed in their roles and progress in their careers.

My varied background allows me to relate learning to real workplace situations, making training engaging, practical, and relevant. I am passionate about supporting individuals to reach their potential, creating a positive learning environment where every apprentice feels encouraged to grow, challenge themselves, and achieve their goals.

I take pride in building strong relationships with both learners and employers, ensuring training delivers meaningful outcomes that benefit individuals and businesses alike.
