Zenith are supporting a well-established business who are looking for time served Industrial Electricians to work on a short-term contract. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and can hit the ground running.
The role responsibilities:
- Carrying out plant relocations.
- Decommissioning and commissioning electrical equipment.
- Assessing condition of wiring and components.
- Supporting mechanical removal.
- Protecting electrical components.
- Updating schematics.
- Reinstalling power and control wiring.
- Reconnecting automation systems.
- Power‑up and functional testing.
Person specification:
- Must be time served.
- Have a strong understanding of industrial power systems.
- Have experience working on plant relocations.
- Hold a valid JIB, CSCS/ECS and EMSS card.
- Hold a valid IPAF certificate.
- Able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- PLC and automation familiarity.
