About the Role
As a Dynamics NAV/BC Support Consultant, you will provide support to customers and internal teams across a range of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC products, including third-party add-ons. You’ll play a key role in resolving support queries, managing cases, and delivering short implementations for ISV solutions such as Jet Reports and Continia.
This is a hybrid role combining technical support with consultancy, offering variety and the chance to work on interesting projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve NAV/BC support queries via phone, email, and remote access.
- Manage and prioritise support cases to meet SLA targets.
- Analyse problems, investigate data, and propose solutions.
- Attend project handover meetings to ensure smooth transitions to support.
- Deliver consultancy for ISV installs (Jet/Continia) and manage CaaS Wave Releases.
- Promote best practices and continuous improvement within the team.
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC (essential).
- MB-800 certification (advantageous).
- Background in a Microsoft Partner environment preferred.
- Experience implementing Jet Reports and Continia solutions.
- Familiarity with ISVs such as Spindle, Dime Scheduler, Zetadocs.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and maintenance plans.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to analyse issues, identify root causes, and deliver outcomes.
