This apprenticeship develops expertise in supply chain management, covering procurement, logistics, inventory control, and supplier management. You’ll learn to optimise supply chain operations, manage relationships, analyse data, and contribute to strategic decisions that improve flow and reduce costs.

Key learning areas
Apprentices will develop knowledge and practical capability across supply chain strategy and planning, procurement and supplier management, and logistics and operations optimisation. The curriculum emphasises effective demand and supply planning, strong supplier relationships, and efficient logistics operations that support business objectives and customer satisfaction. Apprentices will also build skills in using data and technology to analyse performance, control costs, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
Supply Chain Strategy & Planning
Learn demand forecasting, inventory optimisation, supply planning, logistics strategy, and understanding how supply chains support business objectives and customer satisfaction.
Procurement & Supplier Management
Develop skills in supplier selection, contract negotiation, relationship management, sourcing strategies, and managing supplier performance to ensure quality and reliability..
Logistics & Operations Optimisation
Master transportation management, warehouse efficiency, route optimisation, cost analysis, and using data and technology to improve supply chain performance.
Assessment
End-point assessment including a business improvement project with presentation, professional discussion based on portfolio, and assessment of supply chain knowledge.
