At Zenith Training, the safety and wellbeing of our students and staff is our highest priority. We take pride in creating a welcoming, inclusive, and happy environment where everyone can learn, grow, and feel secure.
We understand that life can sometimes be challenging, and we want you to know that you are not alone. If you are ever feeling unhappy, worried, or frightened—whether about something happening in work or at home—our dedicated team of professionals is always here to support you.
How We Keep You Safe
We have a comprehensive approach to safeguarding, ensuring that all apprentices and staff have the protection and support they need. Some of the key measures we have in place include:
- Clar Policies and Procedures – We follow strict safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for all.
- Dedicated Safeguarding Team – Our Designated Safeguarding Manager and specialist staff are always on hand to address any concerns.
- Mental Health and Wellbeing Support – Our team of experts provides guidance and support for apprentices facing mental health challenges or personal difficulties.
- Encouraging Open Communication – We have a culture where apprentices and staff feel safe to raise any concerns, knowing they will be
- Taking Action and Offering Support – Any concerns raised are addressed promptly, with full support provided through the college and specialist external services.
- Ongoing Staff Training – We ensure that all staff members receive continuous safeguarding training to stay informed on best practices.
Prevent Duty – Working Together Against Extremism
As part of our commitment to safeguarding, we actively follow the Prevent Duty Guidance. This initiative helps us identify and support individuals who may be at risk of radicalisation or involvement with extremist groups.
Our priority is to keep our apprentices, staff, and visitors safe by working closely with our communities to prevent radicalisation and tackle extremism.
How You Can Raise a Concern
If you have any concerns about your own safety or the safety of someone else, we strongly encourage you to speak to a member of our safeguarding team. You can contact them through:
- Speaking to a tutor or any member of staff
- Visiting the safeguarding team at our office
- Sending an email to our safeguarding team
- Calling our dedicated safeguarding helpline
