I’m Nicola, and as the Business Support Manager, I’m responsible for several key support services across Zenith. I’ve been with the business for nearly 20 years, so I have a wealth of knowledge and experience, having worked in most roles within the company.

In my role as BSM, I manage, coordinate, and deliver business support services that help facilitate the smooth running of Zenith. I cover areas like Human Resources, Quality, Compliance, Health & Safety, and other support services, ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of both businesses while fostering strong organisational values, culture, and standards.

Before moving into recruitment, I spent 18 years in the Travel Industry, travelling the world, and I still enjoy several holidays a year.
