Our client is looking for a reliable and experienced Cleaner to work across domestic properties within Northumberland.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out full cleans of domestic void properties
- Cleaning, stocking, and supplying designated areas, including:
- Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
- Kitchen and bathroom / restroom cleaning
- Completing routine inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Undertaking deep cleans and occasional special cleaning projects
- Reporting any maintenance issues, damage, or repair needs to management
- Ensuring supply rooms are stocked and kept organised
- Working collaboratively with other team members
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
- Correct disposal of waste in line with company procedures
Person Specification
- Previous experience in a cleaning or labouring role is essential
- Full UK driving licence is required
